From 1999 to 2002, he worked at O. Tyumen Oil Company, first as Deputy Head of the Sales Department for Oil Products at O. Trade House TNK, then as Director of the Marketing and Sales Department at O. TNK-Ukraine.

From 2003 to 2012, he held senior positions in sales subsidiaries of TNK-BP holding, including Deputy General Director for Network Development of C. 2005 - Graduated from Irkutsk State Technical University majoring in Chemical Technology of Natural Fuels and Utilities and Carbon-Base Materials.

From 1997 to 2011 – employed in different capacities at O. Khabarovsk Oil Refinery.

From 2011 – Chief Process Engineer at C. JSC NPEC Oil Refinery (In October 2015 it was renamed . JSC NPEC Oil Refinery).

From 2014 – Deputy Chief Engineer (Production and Technology) at . JSC NPEC Oil Refinery.

From 2015 – Chief Engineer at . JSC NPEC Oil Refinery.

Sergey Vladimirovich Murzin is responsible for modernization and development of the oil refinery in accordance with the approved medium-term and long–term business plans as well as for on-time preparation of engineering documentation.

In 1994, she graduated from the Gubkin State Academy of Oil and Gas (Moscow) with a degree in the Design, Construction and Operation of Gas and Oil Pipelines and Gas and Oil Storage Facilities.

From 1996 to 1998, she was an engineer at the Process Department at the Institute “Nizhnevartovsk NIPIneft”.

From 1998 to 2000, she held a position of engineer at the Process Department, Category 3 engineer of the Process Department at the Institute “Nizhnevartovsk NIPIneft”.

From 2000 to 2006, she was a Health, Safety, Environment engineer, . “Nizhnevartovsk Oil Refinery”.

Since 2006, she has worked at . JSC NPEC Oil Refinery in various positions from a health and safety engineer to the head of the Human Resources Directorate.

In 2013, she was appointed the Deputy General Director for Human Resources Management.

In 1991, he graduated from the Tyumen Higher School of the Ministry of the Interior of the USSR with a degree in Jurisprudence.

From 1983 to 1985, he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR, from 1986 to 1996, – in the internal affairs bodies of the USSR (later – of the Russian Federation).

From 1999 to 2012, he was the head of security in a number of commercial companies and enterprises.

From 2015 – up to the present day, he has been the Deputy General Director for Security – head of the Security Service of . JSC NPEC Oil Refinery.

He is a combat veteran.
